“The Swan” and Swan Productions Inc. signed a contract with the IATSE representation, it was announced by International President Thomas C. Short. The single production series falls under the Video Tape Electronics Supplemental Basic Agreement and Talk Show, Reality Show, Game Show Side Letter and covers approximately 30 to 40 employees. Contract coverage of the reality program that airs weekly on Fox Television Network, became effective May 17, 2004 for the remainder of the current production season with retroactive health and pension benefits.

International Representatives Steve Aredas, Carolyn Bowden and Lyle Trachtenberg along with and the West Coast Studio locals lead the effort for representation.
