“Performing As,” a reality show produced by Lock and Key productions, signed the Video Tape Agreement, it was announced by International President Thomas C. Short. The single production contract covers 44 employees and provides them with retroactive benefits and terms and conditions for the remainder of this season and any future seasons.
Lock and Key Productions, a producer of reality shows including Fear Factor, is a non-union subsidiary of Endemol a large European conglomerate that had escaped two previous organizing efforts.
International Representatives Steve Aredas and Lyle Trachtenberg along with several local business agents lead the effort for representation.
