On July 28, IATSE Local 7, located in Denver, Colorado, won an election to represent the stagehand employees of BGP, Inc in Colorado. The election was the result of stipulated agreement between the parties following a petition filed by Local 7 with the National Labor Relations Board on June 9, 2003. The results of the mail ballot election were 18 in favor of IATSE representation and 5 opposed. BGP, Inc. is affiliated with Clearchannel Entertainment and promotes concerts at the Fillmore Theater in Denver as well as various other facilities throughout the State of Colorado.
