IATSE Local 720 Holds Open Enrollment to Assist Siegfried & Roy Workers

IATSE Announces Agreement with NETworks

At the request of Las Vegas Mayor Oscar B. Goodman, IATSE Local 720 will hold a day of open enrollment to assist the 250 plus employees displaced by the recent tragedy, it was announced by International President Thomas C. Short.

”After discussions with the Trustees of IATSE Local 720, I am pleased to announce that the Union has agreed to have a special enrollment day to help affected employees of the Siegfried & Roy Show in their search for future employment,” Short stated. He added, “The date for open enrollment will be announced after consultation with representatives of the employees.”

The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local 720, represents stagehands, wardrobe, audiovisual technicians, ushers and box office personnel in Las Vegas.
