The International Labor Communications Association (ILCA) announced the winners for its 2024 Labor Media Awards on Monday, October 28th with IATSE being recognized across fifteen categories, including:

- Second Place – Social Media, Best Organic/Owned Social Media Post Overall: Marvel Studios VFX Workers UNANIMOUSLY Vote to Unionize with IATSE!
- Second Place – Visual Communications, Best Design Single Website Page: IATSE Basic Agreement
- Second Place – Electronic Media, Best Short Form Video Under 90 Seconds: IATSE and VFX Union
- Second Place – Political Action/Social Justice/Campaign, Best Text Message: IATSE Member Census Toolkit, Sample Promotion Content

Additionally, The Animation Guild, (IATSE TAG Local 839) won First Place for Visual Communications: Best Design – Multi-Volume Publication, Second Place for Visual Communications: Best Front Page/Cover, Second Place for Writing: Best Profile of a Person or Group and received an Honorable Mention for Electronic Media: Best Short Form Video Under 7 Minutes. Also, IATSE Local 891 won First Place for Electronic Media: Best Labor Documentary and Second Place for Electronic Media: Best Long Form Video Over 7 Minutes.
The International Labor Communications Association is a professional organization of labor communicators in North America. ILCA was founded on December 5, 1955. ILCA membership is open to national, regional, and local union publications and to media productions affiliated with the AFL-CIO, Change to Win, and the Canadian Labour Congress, as well as to associate members not affiliated with those bodies. The ILCA’s several hundred members produce publications with a total circulation in the tens of millions. The annual International Labor Communications Association (ILCA) Labor Media Awards recognizes excellence in labor communications.
IATSE has previously won several ILCA awards, including First Place General Excellence for a Website in 2021, 2013, and 2007, however, this marks the highest number of ILCA recognitions IATSE has received in any year.
