IATSE President Loeb Congratulates SAG and AFTRA on Tentative Contract Agreement

IA President Short Appoints Safety Chairman

New York – IATSE International President Matthew D. Loeb has sent his congratulations to the leadership and negotiating committees of both SAG and AFTRA on the productive and successful result of their negotiations for a new Basic Agreement with the AMPTP.  “We are encouraged by the success of the SAG-AFTRA negotiations,” said President Loeb.  “Congratulations on a successful conclusion.” The joint SAG-AFTRA negotiations are to be followed by AMPTP confabs with the DGA, which are scheduled to begin Nov. 15.
