“Forget About It” Signs IATSE Pact

IA President Short Appoints Safety Chairman

“Forget About It,” a low budget feature produced in Mesa, Arizona, signed the Low Budget Feature agreement with the IATSE, it was announced by International President Thomas C. Short. The single production contract covers 32 employees with retroactive benefits. Additional protective terms are also included in the agreement.

International Representative Jamie Fry spearheaded the organizing efforts that included a daylong job action to achieve the contract. Assisting in the organizing efforts were IATSE Vice President Thom Davis and representatives of IATSE Locals 485 and 600 who were on the ground in Mesa.
