You’ve seen the ads. We make them happen.
Commercial production workers are still fighting for:
- Fair compensation (yes, including a living wage for PA’s)
- Overtime after 12 hours
- Rest between long days (a safety issue, not a luxury)
- Retirement benefits
- Job security
You call it “production value.” We call it our lives.
We’re not asking for more than what is fair, just the same protections and respect already given to our industry peers.
If this sounds basic, that’s because it is.
And we still don’t have it.
