Treasurers and Ticket Sellers Local 750 has won the vote, 3-0, to represent a unit of 3 ticket sellers that work show at the Aragon Ballroom and the Riviera Theatre, both in Chicago, Illinois, for JAM Productions, Ltd. The NLRB ruled in the Local’s favor after JAM appealed the Local’s original favorable decision.
The Board ruled that the employees were regular part-time employees.
