This is to advise that the regular Mid-Summer Meeting of the General Executive Board is scheduled to be held au Westin Harbour Castle, 1 Harbour Square, Toronto, ON, M5J 1A6 Canada at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, and will remain in session through and including Friday, July 31, 2026.

All business to come before the Board must be submitted to the General Office no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting. Local Union representatives planning to attend the meeting must make hotel reservations with The Westin Harbour Castle by calling 1-888-627-8559. Guest room rate for the IATSE is $355 CAD, plus applicable taxes, for both single and double occupancy.

In order to ensure that you receive the preferred room rate established for our meeting, you must identify your affiliation with the IATSE. The Stage Caucus will be held at The Westin Harbour Castle, on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) in the Pier 2 & 3 Room. Representatives of Stage, Wardrobe and Mixed Locals are welcome.
