Le d\u00e9partement de l'\u00e9ducation a lanc\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/iatse.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Jan-27-2022-Twenty-One-Day-Challenge.pdf\"><span data-contrast=\"none\"><strong>2022 IATSE 21-Day Challenge Edition<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> et a accueilli \"<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gotostage.com\/channel\/c4ef1a236cd141f99f04171bb480c00a\/recording\/57f766ac3b364833b5f97a23afc0462a\/watch?source=CHANNEL\"><span data-ccp-charstyle=\"Hyperlink\"><strong><em>Principes de base de l'\u00e9quit\u00e9, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"><em>\"<\/em><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> et \"<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gotostage.com\/channel\/c4ef1a236cd141f99f04171bb480c00a\/recording\/1674e19504d54027952705475606f6c5\/watch?source=CHANNEL\"><span data-ccp-charstyle=\"Hyperlink\"><strong><em>Droits du travail et droits de vote<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">webinaires \". Cette collection a offert aux membres de l'IATSE l'occasion d'\u00e9largir leur compr\u00e9hension de la diversit\u00e9, de l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion. Pendant le d\u00e9fi, les participants ont lu, \u00e9cout\u00e9, observ\u00e9 ou regard\u00e9 quelque chose tous les jours pendant 21 jours cons\u00e9cutifs afin d'approfondir leur compr\u00e9hension du pouvoir, des privil\u00e8ges, du racisme, de l'exclusion et de l'\u00e9quit\u00e9. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nous savons qu'un mois n'est pas suffisant pour mettre en lumi\u00e8re toutes les r\u00e9alisations et les contributions de nos cons\u0153urs, confr\u00e8res et proches afro-am\u00e9ricains\/canadiens. C'est pourquoi nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la r\u00e9capitulation suivante afin d'inspirer nos membres \u00e0 poursuivre ce voyage de reconnaissance et une culture d'\u00e9ducation continue tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e et au-del\u00e0.
