Les bulletins de vote ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un soutien retentissant de 96,9% \u00e0 la nouvelle convention. L'accord couvrira environ 200 travailleurs et constitue \u00e9galement le tout premier contrat de la Guilde d'animation, section locale 938 de l'IATSE, qui vient d'obtenir une charte. Les travailleurs de Titmouse ont vot\u00e9 en faveur de l'adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l'IATSE en octobre dernier, lorsque plus de 98% ont vot\u00e9 en faveur de l'adh\u00e9sion au syndicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pr\u00e9paration de ces n\u00e9gociations, un sondage a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9terminer leurs priorit\u00e9s et d'en faire un point central des n\u00e9gociations. Le fait de se tenir ensemble a permis d'obtenir des r\u00e9sultats positifs \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations.
