Apr\u00e8s des retards dus \u00e0 la contestation de l'employeur, \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation et au COVID-19, qui ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des modifications sur la fa\u00e7on dont l'\u00e9lection serait men\u00e9e, le NLRB, apr\u00e8s avoir initialement refus\u00e9 la demande d'une \u00e9lection par courrier am\u00e9ricain, l'a finalement accord\u00e9e. Le 7 mai, le NLRB a organis\u00e9 une r\u00e9union Zoom Meeting pour compter les bulletins de vote et le r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 une majorit\u00e9 \u00e9crasante de 80% en faveur du syndicat.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9lection concerne cinq \"Artisans de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9\" \u00e0 temps plein, notamment : graphisme, tapisserie-drapeaux, charpente m\u00e9tallique -
