Apr\u00e8s plus de deux ans, les techniciens, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par la section 8 de l'IATSE, ont enfin un contrat.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PHILADELPHIE - Les techniciens audiovisuels qui travaillent dans les h\u00f4tels de Philadelphie ont ratifi\u00e9 \u00e0 une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 leur nouveau contrat avec PSAV cette semaine. Ce contrat intervient apr\u00e8s plus de deux ans de n\u00e9gociations entre l'entreprise et les employ\u00e9s, qui ont vot\u00e9 pour rejoindre la section locale 8 de l'IATSE en f\u00e9vrier 2017.<\/p>\n

L'accord apporte aux travailleurs des augmentations de salaire significatives, des horaires standardis\u00e9s et de meilleures conditions de travail. Il remod\u00e8le \u00e9galement la relation entre PSAV, une entreprise qui s'est farouchement oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 la syndicalisation de son personnel \u00e0 temps plein, et ses employ\u00e9s, qui se sont serr\u00e9s les coudes et ont tenu bon tout au long des n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n

L'IATSE a conclu un accord national avec PSAV pour couvrir les techniciens occasionnels et \u00e0 temps partiel, bien que toutes les villes ne l'aient pas sign\u00e9.
