North Bethesda, MD - Le 12 janvier 2017, Strathmore, une institution culturelle et d'arts du spectacle de classe mondiale situ\u00e9e dans le comt\u00e9 de Montgomery, dans le Maryland, a conclu une premi\u00e8re convention collective avec la section locale 868 de l'IATSE, le syndicat repr\u00e9sentant les tr\u00e9soriers et les vendeurs de billets dans la r\u00e9gion de Washington D.C. L'accord syndical d\u00e9finit les conditions d'emploi de tous les employ\u00e9s de l'unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation qui travaillent \u00e0 la billetterie de Strathmore. L'accord sera en vigueur du 16 janvier 2017 au 15 janvier 2020.<\/p>\n

Ce contrat syndical repr\u00e9sente un investissement dans les employ\u00e9s de la billetterie de Strathmore, qui jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le fonctionnement et le succ\u00e8s de l'institution. Cet investissement comprend l'alignement de leurs salaires sur le salaire de subsistance du comt\u00e9 de Montgomery, ainsi que l'extension et la protection de l'assurance maladie et des prestations de retraite pour les employ\u00e9s de la billetterie.<\/p>\n
