Le projet de loi exige que les services de citoyennet\u00e9 et d'immigration des \u00c9tats-Unis (USCIS) informent l'IATSE du traitement des demandes et de l'approbation des visas O pour les membres d'\u00e9quipes de tournage \u00e9trang\u00e8res.   Cette transparence est importante car l'USCIS n'a pas tenu compte des fraudes et abus importants dans le programme de visas O. Ces fraudes et abus non trait\u00e9s ont souvent permis \u00e0 des productions \u00e9trang\u00e8res tournant aux \u00c9tats-Unis d'importer des travailleurs non qualifi\u00e9s et non syndiqu\u00e9s, dont les salaires et avantages sont inf\u00e9rieurs aux normes de l'IATSE. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En soutenant fortement le H.R. 3636, la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'elle partageait les pr\u00e9occupations de l'IATSE concernant l'incapacit\u00e9 de l'USCIS \u00e0 lutter contre la fraude et les abus dans le programme de visa O. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L'IATSE souhaite remercier la membre du Congr\u00e8s Mimi Walters (R-CA) et le membre du Congr\u00e8s Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) pour avoir parrain\u00e9 la H.R. 3636 et soutenu les membres de l'IATSE.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 13 juin 2016, la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants a adopt\u00e9 le H.R. 3636, la loi O VISA, par un vote vocal.
