La directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Kravis Center, Judith A. Mitchell, et le pr\u00e9sident international Matthew D. Loeb, ont conclu un accord sur un nouveau pacte de n\u00e9gociation collective et la r\u00e9solution de tous les litiges en cours en janvier 2012.  De f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 avril de cette ann\u00e9e, les avocats des deux parties ont mis par \u00e9crit l'accord de janvier.  Puis, Mme Mitchell a refus\u00e9 de signer l'accord qu'elle avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 soutenu.<\/p>\n<p>Le Kravis Center est en violation continue des lois f\u00e9d\u00e9rales du travail depuis pr\u00e8s de douze ans.  Le conflit a commenc\u00e9 en 2000, lorsque le Kravis Center a ill\u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 une impasse et licenci\u00e9 un groupe d'employ\u00e9s.  Une plainte pour pratiques d\u00e9loyales de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e en mars 2001.  Le Kravis Center a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme ayant viol\u00e9 les lois f\u00e9d\u00e9rales du travail par toutes les entit\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendantes qui ont examin\u00e9 les accusations, y compris les procureurs r\u00e9gionaux en 2001, un juge administratif f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en 2002, le NLRB nomm\u00e9 par George W. Bush en 2007 et une cour d'appel f\u00e9d\u00e9rale en 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Sur ordre du tribunal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, le Kravis Center a n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec l'IATSE de f\u00e9vrier 2009 \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2010.  En janvier 2011, le Kravis Center a une nouvelle fois d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement l'impasse et a licenci\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement le m\u00eame groupe d'employ\u00e9s qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement en septembre 2000. Elle a choisi de plaider \u00e0 nouveau les millions de dollars d'arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de salaire dus aux employ\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement licenci\u00e9s et d'ajouter aux millions de dollars d'honoraires d'avocats que le Kravis Center a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pay\u00e9s pour mettre en \u0153uvre et maintenir sa conduite ill\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident international Matthew D.
