L'accord, qui est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 1er septembre, couvre plus de 250 employ\u00e9s qui jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la mise en sc\u00e8ne des productions acclam\u00e9es de The Public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contrat nouvellement ratifi\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit des augmentations de salaire significatives et des avantages sociaux complets, assurant une stabilit\u00e9 et des protections \u00e0 long terme pour le personnel de production. L'accord refl\u00e8te des mois de n\u00e9gociations constructives et \u00e9tablit une base de durabilit\u00e9 pour l'un des th\u00e9\u00e2tres \u00e0 but non lucratif les plus importants de la ville de New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape importante fait du Public Theater l'une des premi\u00e8res grandes institutions Off-Broadway \u00e0 ratifier un accord syndical avec l'IATSE couvrant le personnel de production.
