Le groupe comprend 25 travailleurs dans des classifications de production telles que l'audio, l'\u00e9clairage, la vid\u00e9o, et des r\u00f4les de machinistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e9 dans le quartier University City de Philadelphie, World Cafe Live est une organisation ind\u00e9pendante \u00e0 but non lucratif connue pour sa mission de priorit\u00e9 aux artistes, son acoustique et sa programmation culturelle. Le lieu accueille un large \u00e9ventail d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements, notamment des \u00e9missions de radio de WXPN, des concerts en direct, des locations priv\u00e9es et une programmation ax\u00e9e sur la communaut\u00e9.<br><br>Au d\u00e9but du mois de juin, les employ\u00e9s du d\u00e9partement de production se sont mobilis\u00e9s pour signer des cartes d'autorisation syndicale avec la section locale 8 de l'IATSE, et ont finalement obtenu la reconnaissance volontaire de leur syndicat peu de temps apr\u00e8s. Cette reconnaissance marque une \u00e9tape importante dans l'histoire du site, en \u00e9tablissant pour la premi\u00e8re fois une repr\u00e9sentation formelle de sa main-d'\u0153uvre de production qualifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Nous sommes fiers d'accueillir l'\u00e9quipe de production de World Cafe Live au sein de l'IATSE\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dan Little, repr\u00e9sentant international de l'IATSE. \"Cette reconnaissance volontaire refl\u00e8te un engagement commun en faveur de l'\u00e9quit\u00e9, du professionnalisme et du partenariat.
