Cet accord couvre pr\u00e8s de deux cents techniciens audiovisuels et monteurs dans vingt-quatre sites du comt\u00e9 de San Diego, y compris le tr\u00e8s attendu Gaylord Pacific Resort &amp; Convention Center. Cet accord repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e monumentale et des progr\u00e8s majeurs vers des salaires d\u00e9cents, des lieux de travail plus s\u00fbrs et l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances pour tous les travailleurs d'Encore \u00e0 travers l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Parmi les points forts du nouveau contrat figurent des augmentations de salaire significatives pour tous les techniciens, y compris les gr\u00e9eurs, des primes pour conditions de travail dangereuses, une compensation suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les certifications ETCP, une p\u00e9riode d'\u00e9valuation r\u00e9duite pour permettre davantage d'augmentations au m\u00e9rite, une prime de ratification et une proc\u00e9dure d'arbitrage renforc\u00e9e pour prot\u00e9ger les droits des travailleurs et consolider l'application de l'accord.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>L'accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 massivement approuv\u00e9 par les membres de la section locale 122 le 2 juin et restera en vigueur jusqu'en mai 2028.
