Nous nous sommes organis\u00e9s parce que nous voulions am\u00e9liorer les conditions, accro\u00eetre la transparence et introduire des pratiques et des avantages conformes aux normes du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les grandes avanc\u00e9es de ce premier contrat figurent des augmentations salariales substantielles, des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, des contributions \u00e0 la retraite et des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires.
