Wilcox sera r\u00e9tabli dans ses fonctions, le NLRB pourra reprendre sa mission essentielle, qui consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les conflits du travail et \u00e0 obliger les employeurs de mauvaise foi \u00e0 rendre des comptes.
