Cette derni\u00e8re victoire en mati\u00e8re de syndicalisation est le r\u00e9sultat d'une d\u00e9cision du NLRB du 15 avril 2005 obligeant l'entreprise \u00e0 accepter un \"contr\u00f4le des cartes\" de tous les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants qui travaillent pour des salons et des expositions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'issue de la v\u00e9rification des cartes, l'IATSE l'a emport\u00e9 par une majorit\u00e9 \u00e9crasante et US Expo a accept\u00e9 de reconna\u00eetre l'IATSE comme repr\u00e9sentant de n\u00e9gociation pour les travailleurs. Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements officialisent une relation non officielle entre la section locale 415 de l'IATSE et US EXPO qui existait depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Avant le contr\u00f4le forc\u00e9 des cartes, l'entreprise n'avait pas voulu reconna\u00eetre ou n\u00e9gocier avec la section locale pour la repr\u00e9sentation des travailleurs.
