Le syndicat avait vot\u00e9 la gr\u00e8ve de l'USTA le 15 ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>L'USTA a form\u00e9 des personnes non syndiqu\u00e9es et inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9es sur le fonctionnement des machines Ticketmaster au Centre de tennis, ce qui a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des sp\u00e9culations selon lesquelles, si l'USTA obligeait le syndicat \u00e0 se retirer, les clients de l'U.S. Open ach\u00e8teraient tous leurs billets sur place par le biais de Ticketmaster.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de l'accord conclu ce soir, le syndicat renonce \u00e0 d\u00e9poser une plainte pour pratique d\u00e9loyale de travail devant le National Labor Relations Board contre l'USTA. Le syndicat invoquait une n\u00e9gociation de mauvaise foi et un manquement \u00e0 l'obligation de n\u00e9gocier concernant la sous-traitance des travaux.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nous demandions simplement une modeste augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie pour la dur\u00e9e du contrat et le r\u00e9embauchage de notre \u00e9quipe de travail, dont certains sont au service des fans de tennis depuis vingt ans\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Michael G. McCarthy, pr\u00e9sident de la section locale F-72. \"Nous avons obtenu tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour poursuivre notre relation de 27 ans avec l'U.S. Open.<\/p>\n<p>La section locale F-72 des vendeurs de billets du Ball Park s'occupe des guichets de l'U.S. Open depuis son ouverture il y a 27 ans sur un terrain de 47 acres de la ville de New York.
