Les travailleurs du secteur des jeux vid\u00e9o sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 se syndiquer\". Cette session a pour but d'informer les professionnels de l'industrie du jeu sur la mani\u00e8re dont les m\u00eames droits et protections que ceux dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les travailleurs syndiqu\u00e9s dans d'autres secteurs que celui du jeu peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s pour remodeler l'avenir de l'industrie du jeu vers des lieux de travail plus durables en travaillant collectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9tails du panel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Titre : \"GDC Panel Now is the Time ! Cette session vise \u00e0 fournir aux professionnels de l'industrie du jeu des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour obtenir une voix collective sur leur lieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette table ronde s'adresse aux personnes travaillant dans l'industrie du jeu vid\u00e9o, notamment les superviseurs, les directeurs et les chefs d'\u00e9quipe. Il fournira des informations pertinentes \u00e0 tous les niveaux de la hi\u00e9rarchie de l'industrie, en mettant l'accent sur les avantages collectifs de la syndicalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La participation de l'IATSE \u00e0 la GDC 2024 souligne son engagement \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre tous les travailleurs du divertissement dans le paysage \u00e9volutif de l'industrie du divertissement, en particulier dans le domaine dynamique du d\u00e9veloppement de jeux.
