Montr\u00e9al, QC<\/strong>\u00a0- Le 21 juillet 2023, la section locale 262 de l'International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) a sign\u00e9 sept conventions collectives avec Cineplex Divertissement. Ces conventions couvrent le personnel de l'accueil, de la billetterie, des bars et des concessions. Plus de 500 employ\u00e9s travaillent dans ces cin\u00e9mas. Les conventions s'appliquent au Cin\u00e9ma Quartier Latin, au Forum, au Cineplex Laval, au Cin\u00e9ma Brossard (Dix\/30), au Cin\u00e9ma St-Bruno, au Cin\u00e9ma Beauport et au Cin\u00e9ma Ste-Foy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

L'accord de principe a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu le 3 avril lors d'une derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation qui s'est tenue \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec. Le processus de r\u00e9union visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter l'accord s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de la mi-mai \u00e0 la fin du mois de juin. Les membres ont approuv\u00e9 l'accord par 96.5%.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 le contexte difficile de ces derniers mois pour l'exploitation des cin\u00e9mas, le syndicat a obtenu des ajustements salariaux pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e et des augmentations bas\u00e9es sur l'IPC allant jusqu'\u00e0 2,5% pour les 2 ann\u00e9es suivantes. Des primes de $2 de l'heure ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues pour les cuisiniers des salles VIP, une prime de $0,75 de l'heure pour les chefs d'\u00e9quipe, et un salaire r\u00e9troactif au 20 juin 2022 sera \u00e9galement vers\u00e9.<\/p>\n
