Bobby Scott (D-VA) et Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) ont r\u00e9introduit la loi Richard L. Trumka Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) au S\u00e9nat et \u00e0 la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants, mardi, lors d'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement bicam\u00e9ral auquel ont particip\u00e9 le chef de la majorit\u00e9 du S\u00e9nat, Chuck Schumer, le chef de la minorit\u00e9 de la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants, Hakeem Jeffries, et le pr\u00e9sident de l'AFL-CIO, Liz Shuler, parmi d'autres l\u00e9gislateurs et travailleurs qui soutiennent le projet de loi.<\/p><p>La loi PRO est une loi historique sur l'autonomisation des travailleurs, les droits civils et la justice sociale qui vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une \u00e9conomie plus \u00e9quitable et plus juste en renfor\u00e7ant les protections du droit des travailleurs \u00e0 se syndiquer et \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier des salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, de meilleurs avantages et des conditions de travail plus s\u00fbres.<\/p><p>L'IATSE f\u00e9licite nos champions au Congr\u00e8s pour avoir une fois de plus introduit cette l\u00e9gislation essentielle en vue de son examen par le 118e Congr\u00e8s.<\/p><p>L'Am\u00e9rique est au milieu d'une vague sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de syndicalisation et, avec elle, des entreprises qui pensent pouvoir enfreindre la loi et emp\u00eacher les travailleurs d'exercer leurs droits. Nous devons renforcer notre l\u00e9gislation du travail, malheureusement d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, pour prot\u00e9ger les travailleurs. <\/p><p>La loi PRO est une pierre angulaire de la <a href=\"https:\/\/iatse.net\/fr\/political-legislative\/issues\/\">Agenda des questions f\u00e9d\u00e9rales de l'IATSE<\/a>et rendrait le r\u00eave am\u00e9ricain plus accessible aux travailleurs :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Tenir les employeurs responsables lorsqu'ils violent les droits des travailleurs<\/li><li>Veiller \u00e0 ce que la plupart des travailleurs soient couverts par les protections de la NLRA<\/li><li>Prot\u00e9ger l'action collective et supprimer les obstacles \u00e0 l'expression des travailleurs<\/li><li>Renforcer les droits de n\u00e9gociation des employ\u00e9s ; et<\/li><li>Modernisation des processus d'\u00e9lection et de mise en \u0153uvre des syndicats<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Commentant le projet de loi, le pr\u00e9sident international de l'IATSE, Matthew D. Loeb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \"Les membres de l'IATSE et les travailleurs du spectacle qui cherchent \u00e0 obtenir une repr\u00e9sentation syndicale de l'IATSE ne savent que trop bien \u00e0 quel point le jeu a \u00e9t\u00e9 fauss\u00e9 en leur d\u00e9faveur par des lois du travail archa\u00efques qui permettent \u00e0 des employeurs de mauvaise foi d'exploiter des failles et de porter atteinte \u00e0 leurs droits, voire de les en priver. Ils l'ont v\u00e9cu - le plus souvent en \u00e9tant mal class\u00e9s comme entrepreneurs ind\u00e9pendants et priv\u00e9s de leur droit de se syndiquer. La loi PRO \u00e9tablirait un crit\u00e8re clair pour d\u00e9terminer le statut d'employ\u00e9 afin que les travailleurs ne soient pas mal class\u00e9s, parmi d'innombrables autres dispositions visant \u00e0 renforcer le pouvoir des travailleurs. Nous n'allons pas cesser de nous battre jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle soit adopt\u00e9e.\"<\/p><p>L'\u00e9lan en faveur d'une r\u00e9forme transformatrice du droit du travail et le soutien \u00e0 la loi PRO continuent de cro\u00eetre au Congr\u00e8s, comme en t\u00e9moignent les 205 coparrains initiaux de la l\u00e9gislation \u00e0 la Chambre et les 48 au S\u00e9nat.<\/p><p>Le num\u00e9ro de projet de loi de la loi PRO \u00e0 la Chambre, H.R. 20, est \u00e9galement significatif. Il s'agit du premier des dix projets de loi r\u00e9serv\u00e9s au chef de la minorit\u00e9 de la Chambre (H.R. 11-20), qu'il peut utiliser pour les projets de loi qui pr\u00e9occupent le plus le parti, et qui repr\u00e9sentent l'importance de la syndicalisation pour la vision des d\u00e9mocrates, \u00e0 savoir la construction d'une \u00e9conomie plus forte \u00e0 partir de la base et du milieu.<\/p><p>L'IATSE demande instamment \u00e0 la Chambre et au S\u00e9nat d'adopter sans d\u00e9lai la loi PRO et de l'envoyer au pr\u00e9sident Biden pour qu'il la promulgue, car tous les travailleurs devraient avoir le droit de former un syndicat.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Washington, D.C. - Le S\u00e9nateur Bernie Sanders (I-VT) et les Reps.
