Le d\u00e9compte des cartes est une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 pour confirmer officiellement que la majorit\u00e9 souhaite un syndicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident international de l'IATSE, Matthew D. Loeb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \"Nous sommes convaincus qu'une majorit\u00e9 de la communaut\u00e9 de la production commerciale freelance est favorable \u00e0 la syndicalisation depuis un certain temps, mais chaque jour, les travailleurs continuent de signer encore plus de cartes pour d\u00e9montrer qu'ils sont s\u00e9rieux dans leur volont\u00e9 de travailler avec l'AICP pour construire une industrie plus normalis\u00e9e, durable et plus s\u00fbre. Il n'est pas surprenant que ces travailleurs veulent et m\u00e9ritent un grand nombre des m\u00eames droits et protections que leurs coll\u00e8gues syndiqu\u00e9s ont d\u00e9j\u00e0.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travailleurs syndiqu\u00e9s comprennent des assistants de production (PA), des producteurs d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, des superviseurs de production, des assistants superviseurs de production et des producteurs soumissionnaires dont le travail facilite la r\u00e9alisation de publicit\u00e9s t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9es vues par des millions de personnes chaque ann\u00e9e et produites par l'Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP).
