r\u00f4le dans l'avancement des politiques qui am\u00e9liorent leur vie et leur travail. S'il existe une question qui affecte l'IATSE, nous cherchons \u00e0 influencer le r\u00e9sultat au profit des membres de l'IATSE. Le d\u00e9partement aide les syndicats locaux principalement par le biais de campagnes d'\u00e9ducation, d'activisme politique et l\u00e9gislatif, de sensibilisation des \u00e9lus et de mobilisation \u00e9lectorale.<\/p><p>Les syndicats sont attaqu\u00e9s, avec des politiques dans tout le pays qui sapent les droits de n\u00e9gociation collective des travailleurs et privent les travailleurs syndiqu\u00e9s des salaires, des avantages et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la retraite qu'ils m\u00e9ritent. Nous devons nous battre pour renforcer les lois f\u00e9d\u00e9rales sur le travail qui <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/iatse.net\/fr\/political-legislative\/pro-act\/\">prot\u00e9ger le droit d'organisation des droits des travailleurs<\/a><\/strong><\/span> un syndicat et n\u00e9gocier des salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et de meilleurs avantages. Le d\u00e9partement amplifie la voix collective des membres de l'IATSE par le biais du plaidoyer et de l'activisme de base pour se d\u00e9fendre contre les attaques anti-travailleurs, tout en faisant avancer les priorit\u00e9s des travailleurs des coulisses du spectacle.<\/p><p>Le plaidoyer l\u00e9gislatif de l'IATSE se concentre sur les priorit\u00e9s des membres, en faisant progresser la l\u00e9gislation qui : prot\u00e8ge notre droit d'organisation ; \u00e9tend nos droits de n\u00e9gociation collective ; d\u00e9fend nos fonds de pension et nos prestations de soins de sant\u00e9 ; fait respecter des protections solides des droits d'auteur pour prot\u00e9ger le contenu cr\u00e9atif ; pr\u00e9serve et \u00e9tend le financement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des arts ; d\u00e9veloppe les opportunit\u00e9s d'emploi dans nos industries ; et fait progresser l'\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l'inclusion. Ces questions guident \u00e9galement l'administration du PAC de l'IATSE. Notre PAC soutient les candidats et les \u00e9lus qui d\u00e9fendent les travailleurs, quelle que soit leur affiliation politique.<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9partement politique\/l\u00e9gislatif facilite \u00e9galement l'engagement des membres pendant les cycles \u00e9lectoraux, en permettant aux membres de l'IATSE de participer et de soutenir le processus d\u00e9mocratique. En utilisant l'infrastructure des districts am\u00e9ricains de l'IATSE, de leurs secr\u00e9taires et des coordinateurs politiques des syndicats locaux, le d\u00e9partement communique des informations importantes sur les \u00e9lections et les positions politiques des candidats aux \u00e9lections afin que les membres puissent prendre une d\u00e9cision \u00e9clair\u00e9e lorsqu'ils exercent leur
