DESCRIPTION:Official Notice\, \n\n\n\nThis is to advise that the regular Mid-Winter Meeting of the General Executive Board is scheduled to be held at The Sheraton Waikiki 2255 Kalakaua Avenue\, Honolulu\, Hawaii\, 96815 at 10:00 a.m. on Monday\, January 23\, 2023\, and will remain in session through and including Friday\, January 27\, 2023. All business to come before the Board must be submitted to the General Office no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting. \n\n\n\nThe guest room rate for the IATSE is from $335.00 to $375.00\, plus applicable taxes\, for both single and double occupancy. Hotel reservations should be made by contacting The Sheraton Waikiki hotel directly by calling 808-921-4611 or by clicking the link below: \n\n\n\nBook Your Group Rate | Sheraton Waikiki \n\n\n\nIf you are calling the hotel\, please identify your affiliation with IATSE in order to receive the preferred rate. The cutoff for reservations is Tuesday\, December 20\, 2022. \n\n\n\nMeeting COVID-19 Protocols:\nMasks will be worn at the discretion of the individual. The International President shall reserve the right to require mandatory mask wearing at all meetings should circumstances change in terms of increasing cases. \nAll attendees must be able to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test (rapid acceptable) taken within 12 hours of attending the first session of the General Executive Board meeting on Monday morning. In addition\, attendees will need to show proof of a second negative test taken within 12 hours of attending the Wednesday morning session.
